Loving Beyonce's (@baddiebey) Instastyle

I must say, I'm loving Beyonce's Instastyle.  The new look is a departure from the star's usual style but it's definitely working in her favour.  I like that her style is more toned down and not so "glamour doll".  I'm always excited by her posts...a definite must follow (@baddiebey).

Olsen Twins x Damien Hirst Backpacks

The Olsen twins have teamed up with artist Damien Hirst for The Row.  The collection features Hirst's spot paintings and medicine cabinet themes each featuring pill-like adornments and eye catching spots.  The bags will set you back a whopping $55 000 (approx. R489 000). These would be a great Christmas gift for all you backpack lovers, provided that you have the cash to splurge on these unique bags.

Reblogged: Givenchy Denies H&M Rumours

It was fun while it lasted.  The French house has denied a collaboration simply calling it false.  According to vogue.co.uk, it is unlikely that we will see rottweilers tees and peplums for less any time soon.  Is anyone as disappointed as I am? :-(

Reblogged: H&M x Givenchy?

If the rumors are true, there will soon be a collaboration between H&M and Givenchy.  The Maison Martin Margiela collection flew off the shelves and by the looks of it, H&M doesn't intend on easing up on the collaborations.  Reports of a possible joint effort between H&M and Givenchy seem to have originated in the Fashion Industry Confessions Tumblr and has been setting the web ablaze ever since.  We've already seen amazing collaborations by the likes of Versace, Maison Martin Margiela and Marni.

Could all of this come to fruition?  It would be my dream come true.

Trending: Pyjama Dressing

LOVE

Rachel Roy's interpretation is too literal for my liking

LOVE

LOVE

TOO literal

Now we have an excuse to wear our PJ's out lol.  Seriously though, I don't know if this look suits everybody but I do love the way that Rihanna wears the trend.  I think that this trend looks better on a taller, leaner physique otherwise it might make you look short and stumpy.  What do you think about this trend? Yay or Nay?

SPOTLIGHT: Teyana Taylor

I love Teyana Taylor's style! She embodies the epitome of TOMBOY-CHIC. Her high-end street look has many a girls imitating her style, including the likes of trendsetters like Rihanna (although some would beg to differ). Teyana has truly come into her own as a young woman, but still keeps it real in sneakers :)

NICE PICK'S

Christian Louboutin Ray Calf

Christian Louboutin Henry Metal

Yes, yes... you might shoot me down for not being a big Christian Louboutin fan... but I find that their designs have become very tacky and austinations over the past 2 years.

I do love these two mens designs though. I think the Ray Calf is very in tuned with fashions one would see in Hong Kong and the Henry Metal is a more ''swagged-up'' take on a classic brogue.
